The ORCOM Corporate Foundation aims to support innovative projects for young people.

With its strong commitment to young people, ORCOM has always been committed to supporting young people in their development, particularly through apprenticeship (in 2020 ORCOM created its corporate CFA – the ORCOM SCHOOL – the first Apprenticeship Training Center in the Centre-Val de Loire region), and its involvement in youth employment (90% of our work-study students are given a job at the end of their studies).

It was therefore only natural, in 2016, when the Corporate Foundation was created, to choose youth as a development vector to encourage young people in their projects.
