The ORCOM Corporate Foundation and H3P are very proud to support the Mother and Child Hospital in Kathmandu through a solidarity expedition to Nepal !

Eric HINDERER, former H3P partner, and Rémi MEURANT, humanitarian doctor, founded in 2017 the association Expéditions Solidaires, an association whose objective is to organize expeditions in the high mountains in order to share extraordinary places and at the same time support wonderful causes.

In 2019, Eric and Remi embarked on a new challenge and took to the roads of Nepal to attempt the ascent of Tilichoi Peak, culminating at 7,134 meters in the Annapurna range for their project “Children at the Summit”.

Goals : a new climb and a fundraising to buy laparoscopic surgical equipment for the mother-child hospital ISHAN in Kathmandu. The goal this time was to collect 110 000 € to set up this “surgical technique allowing to reduce considerably the postoperative pains of the children, the infectious risks and the hospitalization time”. Mission accomplished for Eric and Rémi who succeeded in their bet, allowing the treatment of dozens of Nepalese children.
